Nagarkot Tour

On plain days, there are great views of the Himalayas along this path.

The trek is about 3-4 hours to the smallest and slightest visited of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites: Changu Narayan. We will found a people who still do wood and stone carvings like they have done over the centuries in an amazing modest Newari Village. Because of the location Changu Narayan receives the smallest amount of visitors in World Heritage Sites. The oldest temple in the valley is atop in the hill of the village. There we get chance to taste the Newari food for lunch in Changu Narayan (not included in price of tour). The local people of that place are very welcoming, supportive, representing true Newari generosity. The comeback trip Kathmandu about 1 pm is by private vehicle which goes directly back to the hotel.
